‍ ‍I will conduct a thorough assessment of your current Klaviyo implementation. Including:

  • Deliverability — DNS configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending domain status

  • List Management — list, hygiene, suppression protocol

  • Segments — existing segment logic, gaps, redundancies, and missed opportunities

  • Flows — active flows reviewed for logic, timing, triggers, and conversion effectiveness

  • Campaign History — send frequency, audience targeting, performance patterns

  • Profile Properties — what's being collected, what's missing, what's underutilized

  • RFM Readiness — is the data in place to support a segmentation system

  • Integration — ecommerce platform connection, data flow, event tracking

  • Deliverability Health — sender reputation, bounce rates, spam complaint history

I will present you with clear documentation of what is working and what needs work and offer a cohesive plan going forward.




If, after receiving your audit results, you elect to upgrade to the Full Marketing Service, your Audit fee will be credited towards the FMS.

Deliverability is the foundation of your email program. Before embarking on any marketing, your sending infrastructure needs to be correctly configured. If it isn't right, your emails will go unopened, sent to spam or be refused delivery. I will run a comprehensive Deliverability service including:

  • DNS Configuration — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records properly set up and verified

  • Custom Sending Domain — your brand in the from address, not a shared Klaviyo domain

  • Dynamic Routing — intelligent sending path selection for maximum inbox placement

  • Dedicated Click Tracking — branded link tracking that doesn't trigger spam filters

  • Sender Reputation Assessment — domain and IP health check against major blacklists

  • Deliverability Health Baseline — open rates, bounce rates, spam complaint benchmarks established before sending begins

  • Email Optimization — Cloudflare email security scoring reviewed and optimized for maximum deliverability

Deliverability is not an option or a luxury in your marketing. It is an absolute necessity. Even if you don't hire me to handle this for you, make sure it is handled.

Copywriting & Branding

I write authentic, context-based copy. I will take the time to understand your brand voice. If you are confident in the persona you want to display, I will work within that voice. If you are not totally settled into a cohesive brand voice, I will help you find it.

Pricing Structure:

  • Single email/blog post — $75

  • 3-email/blog post series — $200 (saves $25)

  • 5-email/blog post series — $300 (saves $75)

  • Additional discounts for larger packages — quoted per project

  • Website copy — quoted per project


    I can furnish an SEO optimized blog post version of any email for an additional $25.

Targeted Consulting
$75/Hour

The scope of Klaviyo is vast and it can be daunting. Whether you need general account direction or have unique and specific issues, I can furnish the targeted support that you need to get you back on track.

Consulting sessions are available in one-hour blocks. Full Marketing Service clients receive an ongoing loyalty rate of $50/hour.
